Since its founding, the company has focused on advanced ceramics, developing and precision-machining high-performance ceramic materials to supply domestically substitutable core components for high-end equipment. Mainstream ceramic spray discs on the market are stamped from tape-cast sheets. Micro-hole ceramic discs cannot be stamped and must be laser-cut, which leaves burrs and irregular holes, raises cost, lowers efficiency and makes volume production difficult. After six months of focused work, our team used dry pressing, custom mold materials, a precision servo press and high-performance powders to break through these barriers. Our micro-hole ceramic spray discs can now reach a minimum hole diameter of 0.15 mm and a thickness of 6 mm, with smooth, burr-free inner holes. Production cost is about 50% lower than typical market products, outgoing yield exceeds 95%, and the parts can be produced in volume, earning broad customer recognition.
