It has been recognized as a Hunan entrepreneurship-plan enterprise, a National High-tech Enterprise, a Hunan "Specialized, Refined, Distinctive and Innovative" demonstration enterprise, and a Hunan "Little Giant" enterprise. The company occupies 30 mu of land with 10,000 m² of modern standard plant and a further 20,000 m² planned. It has more than 220 employees, including over 40 in R&D, process and quality. An MES system is being piloted as part of a full digital-management transition. Revenue reached RMB 58 million in 2024 and is expected to reach RMB 85 million in 2025. Phase II adds 5,000 m² of new plant, scheduled for completion in March 2026 and production in the first half of the year. More than RMB 20 million is planned for metallized ceramic products and brazing/sealing production.

Loudi Jiarong Technology Co., Ltd. is based in Loudi, Hunan. Since its founding, the company has focused on advanced ceramics, developing and precision-machining high-performance ceramic materials to supply domestically substitutable core components for high-end equipment. Mainstream ceramic spray discs on the market are stamped from tape-cast sheets. Micro-hole ceramic discs cannot be stamped and must be laser-cut, which leaves burrs and irregular holes, raises cost, lowers efficiency and makes volume production difficult. After six months of focused work, our team used dry pressing, custom mold materials, a precision servo press and high-performance powders to break through these barriers. Our micro-hole ceramic spray discs can now reach a minimum hole diameter of 0.15 mm and a thickness of 6 mm, with smooth, burr-free inner holes. Production cost is about 50% lower than typical market products, outgoing yield exceeds 95%, and the parts can be produced in volume, earning broad customer recognition.
