Canqin Technology plans to raise up to RMB 851 million for projects including 6G and advanced ceramic packaging.

On July 16, Canqin Technology (688182.SH) announced plans to issue A-shares to specific investors, aiming to raise up to RMB 851 million. The proceeds will be used for the R&D and industrialization of sixth-generation information technologies, the industrialization of advanced ceramic packaging, information system upgrades and digital factory construction, and the supplementation of working capital.

Among these, the 6G information technology R&D and industrialization project involves a total investment of approximately RMB 699 million, with RMB 510 million in raised funds allocated to establish large-scale production capacity for 6G ceramic dielectric waveguide filters and to develop high-performance electronic ceramic components; the advanced ceramic packaging industrialization project entails a total investment of approximately RMB 206 million, with RMB 170 million in raised funds designated for expanding HTCC product capacity; the information system upgrade and digital factory construction project involves a total investment of approximately RMB 42.24 million, with RMB 31 million in raised funds allocated; and RMB 140 million in raised funds is earmarked for supplementing working capital.

Jiangsu Canqin Technology Co., Ltd. was established in 2004 and listed on the STAR Market of the Shanghai Stock Exchange in 2021 (Stock Code: 688182). The company specializes in the R&D, production, and sales of high-end, advanced electronic ceramic components. Its product portfolio includes filters, resonators, thin-film MEMS, antennas, low-PIM (passive intermodulation) passive components, and high-performance ceramic structural and functional devices. These products are widely used in sectors such as mobile communications, semiconductor packaging, new energy, the Internet of Everything (IoE), and consumer electronics.
