01 Gas-Pressure Sintering Furnace for Silicon Nitride Ceramics

This equipment is designed for the sintering of components such as silicon nitride ceramic substrates, bearing balls, ball valve bodies, and thermocouple protection tubes; it supports various pressure ratings.

02 Vacuum Hot-Press Sintering Furnace

This equipment is widely used for the high-density sintering of various ceramics, alloys, and composite materials. The equipment dimensions can be customized to non-standard specifications; plunger materials are available in graphite or TZM; and the pressing method supports either unidirectional pressing (using the top or bottom plunger) or bidirectional pressing.

05 Rapid Cooling Furnace

This system utilizes Rieder's advanced ultra-high-speed cooling technology. By employing fans and heat exchangers, it initiates a rapid cooling sequence immediately after the sintering process, drastically reducing the time required to cool the furnace (dropping from 1400°C to 100°C in just 22 minutes). This process enhances the surface properties of cemented carbide inserts while simultaneously boosting production efficiency.

06 Chemical Vapor Deposition (CVD) Furnace

This equipment is capable of depositing hard coating materials—such as TiC, TiN, TiCN, and Al₂O₃—onto various tools and molds.
CVD coatings offer high bonding strength with the substrate, excellent adhesion, and superior uniformity; even complex-shaped workpieces receive uniform coverage, with coating thicknesses ranging from 5 to 20 μm.
The reaction chamber cylinder is manufactured using high-temperature alloy centrifugal casting technology, which significantly minimizes deformation and extends the service life to over 200 production cycles.
The system features a dual-chamber design that is cost-effective, low-maintenance, safe, and environmentally friendly, offering the flexibility to meet evolving CVD process requirements.
