I. CCD Printing Machine Series

Roll-to-Roll CCD Alignment Precision Printing Machine (Four-Post Structure): Suitable for printing on roll materials such as PET, PVC, PC, and FPC, as well as applications involving mobile phone keypads, 3M adhesives, membrane switches, photovoltaics, aluminum/copper foils, and IMD/IML (In-Mold Decoration) films. The four-post structure offers high stability, meeting the demands for both high speed and high precision.

Roll-to-roll CCD precision printing machine: Designed specifically for flexible materials such as membrane switches, explosion-proof films, diffusion sheets, ITO conductive films, FPC antenna boards, and power battery components. Offers a choice between print-head alignment and bed alignment methods.

Precision Sheet-Fed CCD Alignment Printing Machine + Multi-Tier Rack Stacker: Suitable for PC composite sheets, acrylic, membrane switches, FPCs, lenses, PVC/PC panels, IMD/IML components, automotive instrument clusters, and more. This system integrates automatic alignment printing with multi-tier rack stacking to enable automated sheet production.

CCD-Aligned Precision Sheet Printing Machine: Designed for high-precision alignment printing on sheet materials such as membrane switches, glass cover plates, acrylic, ITO conductive films, and composite back covers.

II. CCD Punching/Die-Cutting Series

Semi-automatic Punching Machine (VT015/VTZ15): Designed for automatic positioning and punching of materials such as membrane switches, conductive films, IMD/IML/PET/PVC films, FPC flexible circuits, panels, nameplates, aluminum sheets, and aluminum-based substrates.

Semi-automatic drilling machine (VTP15): Designed for materials such as single/double-sided PCBs, multilayer PCBs, fiberglass boards, composite boards, PVC panels, and acrylic (or other brittle plastic sheets); it utilizes a drilling method to prevent the cracking often caused by punching.

Roll-to-roll dual-head fully automatic punching machine: Designed for flexible roll materials such as mobile phone keypads, panels, conductive films, membrane switches, plastic films, IMD/IML components, and FPCs. It performs simultaneous dual-side positioning and punching, automatically corrects material feeding errors, and enables unattended, fully automatic punching of entire rolls. The system can be integrated with downstream sheet cutters or die-cutting machines, allowing a single operator to manage the entire production line.

Roll-to-roll dual-head staggered punching machine: Features similar functionality but utilizes a staggered design to meet specific spacing requirements.

Fully automatic sheet-to-sheet single-head punching/drilling machine: Designed for processing sheet materials requiring multiple holes—such as FPC, PET, 3M self-adhesive materials, conductive films, and nameplates—this machine automatically shifts and punches according to programmed step intervals. It minimizes repetitive manual tasks, allowing a single operator to manage 2–3 machines. A drilling configuration is available for fragile materials like acrylic and glass sheets.

CCD-Guided Irregular-Shape Punching Machine: Designed for processing FPC, PET, 3M self-adhesive materials, conductive films, nameplates, gold fingers, IMD films, appliance panels, ribbon cables, and more. It enables direct punching and cutting without the need for registration holes, resulting in higher precision. It integrates punching and cutting functions for small-format products, allowing a single operator to manage multiple machines.

Roll-to-roll CCD precision die-cutting machine: Designed for CCD-aligned die-cutting of materials such as roll-to-roll membrane switches, home appliance panels, COB LED strips, PET/PVC circuits, diffusion films, and through-holes in FPC double-sided circuit boards.

Large-format roll-to-roll CCD precision punching machine: Specifically designed for CCD-aligned punching and cutting of large-format power circuit boards, S-shaped FPC light strips, backlight panels, and similar components.

CCD Sheet Die-Cutting Machine: Designed for the CCD-guided, high-precision, fully automatic die-cutting of printed or embossed materials—such as membrane switches, ITO/PET/PVC/PC films, conductive films, IMD appliance panels, automotive panels, and mobile phone components—without the need for registration holes.

III. CCD Exposure/Lamination Series

Roll-to-Roll Double-Sided CCD Exposure Machine: Designed for materials such as roll-format power battery circuits, COB LED strips, and antenna circuits, this machine enables double-sided or single-sided roll-to-roll exposure, meeting requirements for high efficiency and high alignment precision.

Sheet-to-Roll CCD Bonding Machine (Single/Dual-Head): Designed for mounting stiffeners, shielding films, functional components, or labels onto printed panels and circuits supplied in roll form. It supports both manual placement and automated processes—featuring automatic material peeling and CCD-guided alignment—for bonding materials such as OCA optical adhesive, foam, green protective film, and 3M adhesive. It operates 3–5 times faster than manual methods with superior precision, reducing labor costs and increasing yield rates.

IV. CCD Inspection and Automated Integrated Line Solutions

Roll-to-roll AOI in-line inspection: Utilizes incident lighting to precisely detect micro-opens and micro-shorts as small as 20μm across a scanning width of 250mm–520mm. Features low false-call rates and in-line marking of defective areas; offers highly intelligent modeling with one-click Gerber data import. Inspection speeds reach 4–6 m/min, handling single- and double-sided automotive PCBs with line widths and spacings of 50μm or greater. Ensures zero missed detections for short circuits and open circuits, while also identifying issues such as excess copper, residual copper, and jagged edges. Includes automatic web guiding, achieving a winding alignment accuracy of within 2mm.

Sheet Lamination Manipulator: Manual loading → Manipulator picks up sheets → Hot pressing in the lamination machine → Automatic unloading.

Roll-to-roll lamination (six-station) robotic system: automatic material feeding → simultaneous lamination by two sets of hot-pressing modules → automatic web guiding and take-up.

Single/Multi-station Coil Uncoilers and Recoilers: Designed for uncoiling and recoiling operations in conjunction with production lines such as etching, OSP, and VCP.

Sheet-fed Single/Multi-station Tail-end Unloader: After exiting the tunnel drying oven, the material transitions onto the unloader's rollers. Once aligned by pneumatic cylinders, a robotic arm with suction cups places the material onto a stacking platform. After a specific quantity has been stacked, the entire stack is manually removed.

IR Curing Line: Designed for the IR curing of flexible materials (such as roll-to-roll PET and PVC) and sheet materials (such as PVC, PET, and FPC). Features customizable multi-layer oven structures (2, 3, 4, or more layers) to save space and reduce energy consumption; also supports customization of ultra-fast-drying tunnel ovens.

Core Strength | Fully Automated Integrated Line Solutions

Weilit's core competence lies in integrated line solutions. A typical fully automated printing line (suitable for high-volume, multi-pass printing on composite panels, IMD/IML components, membrane switches, FPC circuit boards, etc.)

Process Flow: Material sensing and lifting → Robotic automatic loading → Automatic dust removal → CCD-aligned printing → Robotic automatic unloading → Stacking inspection → Robotic pick-and-place unloading → Multi-layer tunnel oven curing → Automatic robotic transfer of materials between tunnel oven layers → Automatic collection at the discharge end. This solution significantly saves space, boosts efficiency, and enables unmanned material flow across multiple printing stages.

8-Machine Tandem Printing Line for Sheet Materials

To meet higher production capacity demands, Willett has introduced an 8-machine tandem printing solution: Manual loading → Automatic film peeling → Initial positioning → CCD screen printing machine A → IR drying → Temporary buffering → Initial positioning → Screen printing machine B → IR drying → ... → Collection on multi-tier racks → AGV transport. This effectively resolves the pain point of repetitive loading and unloading required for multi-pass sheet printing, allowing the entire printing process to be completed on a single line.
