Product Introduction
Chip Packaging Housings
Housings for wireless power devices feature characteristics such as impedance matching and low signal loss; they provide physical support, electrical and thermal pathways, and hermetic environmental protection for power devices.

These modules are designed for applications such as digital mobile communications, point-to-point and multipoint communications, and wireless networks. They incorporate advanced metal heat-dissipation materials—such as CPC and CMC—in mass production. Operating frequencies span the P, L, and S bands, and custom specifications are available.
Product Features and Advantages
High-strength ceramic with excellent hermeticity ensures the long-term, reliable operation of packaged chips in harsh outdoor environments;
High heat resistance, excellent thermal conductivity, and superior insulation properties (high dielectric strength);
Excellent ceramic-to-metal matching and strong bonding enhance solder joint integrity and overall reliability;
Fine circuitry can be designed directly onto the ceramic, enabling high-density packaging, circuit integration, and miniaturization;
Internal input matching achieves high gain and high efficiency.
Ceramic Sensor Series
Converts the deformation caused by pressure applied to the ceramic membrane surface into electrical signals.

Pressure Sensor

Structural ceramic components
Firing and sintering supports for MLCC electronic components

Features:
▪️ Open-structure design reduces the load on the kiln and extends the service life of the furnace body.
▪️ Top and bottom nickel mesh coatings minimize contamination of electronic component surfaces caused by traditional refractory materials.
▪️ Improves the pass rate during the binder burnout stage, thereby increasing the overall product yield.
Applications:
▪️ Firing of MLCC components (temperature resistance up to 1600°C).
▪️ Firing of multilayer LTCC inductors and filters.
▪️ Electronic components with stringent requirements for the binder burnout process.
Ceramics for Telecommunications
Dielectric Filters
Designed and manufactured using dielectric ceramic materials characterized by low loss, high dielectric constant, low frequency-temperature coefficients, low thermal expansion, and high power-handling capabilities. These filters are used in 5G mobile communication base stations, where they improve waveform quality to ensure faster and more stable signal transmission.

Dielectric Resonator
Primarily used in microwave components such as resonators, filters, dielectric antennas, and dielectric waveguide circuits.

Features: ▪️ Low temperature coefficient ▪️ High Q-factor ▪️ Advanced powder material system
Applications: ▪️ 200–9000 MHz frequency combiners and filters ▪️ Duplexers
Ceramic Dielectric Antennas
High mechanical strength, high operational reliability, compact size, and light weight.

Product Features: ▪️High gain ▪️Low profile ▪️Ultra-lightweight ▪️Low in-band axial ratio
Microwave dielectric ceramic material

Ceramic materials used as dielectric components in microwave-frequency circuits—serving one or more functions—act as the raw materials for dielectric ceramic filters.
Based on the dielectric constant (K), the following microwave dielectric ceramic materials are developed and produced:
