Product Overview:

The SK-LYL large-scale tape casting machine feeds mixed slurry into a casting box via a supply and degassing unit, with the liquid level controlled by a displacement sensor. A doctor blade then forms the slurry into a green tape (film) possessing specific strength and flexibility. After passing through a drying tunnel, the green tape can either be wound up together with the carrier substrate for later use, or peeled off the substrate after drying, trimmed, and slit to the user-specified width. It is widely used for mass production.

The SK-LYS compact tape casting machine casts a mixed-solution slurry from a reservoir onto a carrier film (typically PET). A green film is formed through the relative movement between the carrier film and a doctor blade, with the film thickness controlled by the blade gap (adjustment precision up to 0.001 mm). The green film and carrier film are fed into a drying oven; as the solvent evaporates, the organic binder forms a network structure among the ceramic particles or polymer materials, creating a green sheet with specific strength and flexibility. The dried green sheet is then wound onto a roll along with the carrier film for subsequent use.
