Hefei Gaoge Advanced Electric Furnace Equipment Co., Ltd. is a high-tech enterprise specializing in the manufacture and sales of industrial and laboratory electric furnaces operating across high, medium, and low temperature ranges.

Gaoge is dedicated to supporting scientific research and experimentation in sectors such as new energy and advanced materials. The company has established close partnerships with numerous domestic enterprises in fields including electronics, chemicals, powder metallurgy, functional materials, magnetic materials, nanomaterials, advanced ceramics, optoelectronics and photovoltaics, specialty fibers, and the defense industry, providing them with complete sets of advanced electric furnace equipment and comprehensive technical support.

02 Product Introduction

01 GXH Series Hot Air Circulation Oven

Specially designed for the debinding process of oxide and nitride ceramic materials. It utilizes the classic hot-air circulation principle to significantly enhance temperature uniformity. Constructed from imported, high-temperature and corrosion-resistant SUS310S stainless steel, the furnace features an exhaust gas cracking system, and dimensions can be customized.

02 Bell-type Debinding and Sintering Furnace

Primarily designed for oxide degreasing and sintering processes, the furnace features a multi-step tongue-and-groove sealing structure at the bottom opening, utilizing imported ceramic fiber blankets for stable sealing performance. The system includes a lifting material platform, a platform transfer mechanism, limit switches, and safety protection devices. It employs high-purity molybdenum disilicide (MoSi2) heating elements arranged for four-sided heating and utilizes a dual-leadscrew lifting mechanism at the base, ensuring smooth operation and low failure rates. The furnace offers superior thermal performance; the chamber lining combines lightweight microporous ceramic refractory materials with alumina insulation, resulting in low heat storage, rapid heating and cooling, and excellent temperature uniformity.

03 GGL Series High-Temperature Box Furnace

Specifically designed for the pre-firing and sintering of oxide ceramic materials, this furnace is also suitable for processing other ceramic products. The furnace body features full-fiber lightweight insulation, and temperature is regulated by an imported Japanese multi-stage programmable intelligent controller. Key features include a wide adjustable range for heating and cooling rates, high production efficiency, and energy savings. With its attractive design, the equipment is ideal for small-batch production or process development in industrial enterprises and research institutions.

04 GSD Tunnel-Type Mesh Belt Sintering Furnace

This continuous production furnace is specifically designed for the pre-firing, firing, or heat treatment of products at temperatures up to 1000°C in air or protective atmospheres, as well as for processes such as silver firing and sintering of terminations for electronic components (e.g., thick-film circuits, resistors, capacitors, and inductors). It features lightweight, all-fiber insulation and a heat-resistant stainless steel conveyor belt. Key electrical components include imported solid-state relays and Japanese single-loop intelligent temperature controllers, while the speed control system utilizes a Mitsubishi variable frequency drive (VFD) paired with a variable frequency motor. The system offers rapid heating, high temperature control precision, excellent thermal insulation, superior temperature uniformity, stable and reliable drive performance, and energy efficiency, making it an ideal choice for enterprise mass production.

05GZL Series Medium-Temperature Box Furnace

Designed for the debinding, pre-firing, and sintering of products such as ceramic electronic components, magnetic materials, and battery materials, this furnace is also suitable for heat treatment processes involving other materials. Its thermal insulation structure is constructed from high-quality, high-purity alumina foam bricks and fiber boards. Heating is provided by imported KTL resistance wire coils threaded through corundum tubes, with the heating elements arranged across five sides of the chamber. The system utilizes a Japanese-made 40-segment programmable controller. Key advantages include stable temperature control, superior performance, low energy consumption, and a clean furnace chamber, making it ideal for small-to-medium-scale industrial production and scientific research.

06 GTSL Series Debinding and Pre-firing Furnace

This is a batch-type kiln specifically designed for the debinding, pre-firing, and sintering processes of various ceramic materials, including bioceramics, oxides, and nitrides. It utilizes a five-sided resistance wire heating configuration and a dual-system heating design that integrates debinding and sintering. The temperature control system employs high-precision, imported, multi-range input intelligent controllers (or modules) capable of storing multiple program segments, ensuring convenient, precise, and reliable temperature control across different processes. Additionally, it can be equipped with a touchscreen interface to integrate temperature recording and alarm functions. The system utilizes state-of-the-art temperature control instrumentation that is widely recognized both domestically and internationally. With a furnace structure modeled after imported equipment and an optimized exterior design, it is an ideal choice for enterprises requiring high-volume production.

07 GTB Series Pusher Kiln

This continuous production kiln is specifically designed for the low-temperature debinding and high-temperature sintering of oxide and nitride ceramic materials. To meet the requirements of these processes and facilitate large-scale, semi-automated production, the system features a combined configuration of a debinding furnace and a sintering furnace, making it an ideal solution for the mass production of ceramic materials.

08 GDL Series Roller Kiln

This is a continuous-production kiln specifically designed for the calcination of powder materials. The furnace lining utilizes energy-efficient lightweight foam bricks and alumina fiber boards. Heating elements consist of resistance wire rods; the temperature control system employs imported Japanese single-loop intelligent controllers; temperature monitoring in the heating zones uses S-type thermocouples with ceramic protection tubes; and power regulation is achieved via phase-shift triggering modules. The drive system utilizes a 45° helical gear mechanism powered by a variable-frequency motor, ensuring stable and adjustable operating speeds. Characterized by stable operation, uniform temperature distribution, high consistency and repeatability, significant energy efficiency, and ease of maintenance, this equipment is ideal for large-scale industrial production.

09 GMF Series Muffle Furnace

This intermittent-operation electric furnace is specifically designed for the binder burnout and sintering of electronic ceramics and sensitive components, as well as for the heat treatment of small workpieces. It features an imported all-fiber insulation structure, a single-loop programmable temperature controller, and molybdenum disilicide (MoSi2) heating elements (with a rated maximum temperature of 1650°C). The furnace offers a wide range of adjustable heating and cooling rates, high production efficiency, and energy-saving performance, making it particularly suitable for research and development as well as small-batch production in factories and research institutions.

10 GCVD(Z) Series Medium-Temperature Vacuum Atmosphere Tube Furnace

Specifically designed for medium-temperature CVD processes—such as the controlled growth of ZnO nanostructures, silicon nitride coating, conductivity testing of ceramic substrates, and atmosphere sintering of multilayer ceramic capacitors (MLCCs)—this furnace utilizes alumina fiber products for thermal insulation. It features a heating system with resistance wire helically wound around a high-quality 99% purity corundum tube, which serves as the furnace chamber. The system supports pre-vacuuming, and gas flow is regulated via mass flow controllers or rotameters. Temperature is managed by an imported single-loop intelligent controller, while a partition structure separating high- and low-temperature zones enables effective control of the temperature gradient. Characterized by excellent temperature uniformity, stable control, rapid heating, energy efficiency, high operating temperatures, and a long service life, this equipment is ideal for scientific research.

11 GZK(Z) Series Vacuum Furnace

This is a type of periodic production furnace specifically designed for the debinding processes of ceramic and magnetic materials. It utilizes FEC resistance wire heating panels and an imported intelligent programmable temperature controller. The controller supports the setting of 40-segment heating curves and features PID parameter auto-tuning, as well as protection functions such as thermocouple break and over-temperature alarms. The furnace body is constructed from lightweight alumina fiber, offering low heat capacity, flexible temperature control, and energy efficiency. Equipped with a slide-valve pump and a Roots pump, the unit is ideally suited for laboratory testing and small-batch production.

12 GTB Series Integrated Debinding and Sintering Furnace

This continuous production kiln is specifically designed for the low-temperature debinding and high-temperature sintering processes of dry-pressed zirconia ceramic mobile phone back covers. To meet process requirements and facilitate mass production, the unit is designed as a continuous pusher-plate kiln.
