02 Product Introduction

Visual High-Temperature Contact Angle Tester

The Visual High-Temperature Contact Angle Tester is a specialized research instrument designed to measure surface and interface properties under high-temperature and high-vacuum conditions. It enables the study of contact angle variations between various melts and their corresponding substrates at high temperatures. The instrument allows for the visual and quantitative characterization of behaviors—such as shrinkage, deformation, melting, wetting, spreading, and solidification—exhibited by low-melting-point materials during heating and cooling processes.

Visual High-Temperature Deformation Analyzer

The Visual High-Temperature Deformation Analyzer employs an optical, non-contact method to measure the expansion and shrinkage of materials during the sintering process. It enables real-time, in-situ observation of changes in shape, dimensions, and physical state as the temperature varies. Through an intelligent data acquisition and image processing system, it generates intuitive, accurate data and graphical reports. The instrument’s performance rivals that of similar international products, placing it at the forefront of the domestic industry. Designed for materials R&D and manufacturing, it facilitates the precise formulation of sintering or heat treatment processes, thereby enhancing product quality and reducing production costs.

Joule-Heating Rapid Sintering Furnace

The Joule-heating rapid sintering furnace is a versatile, next-generation system designed for rapid, ultra-high-temperature sintering. By utilizing Joule heating generated through electrically conductive carbon materials to create a high-temperature zone, the system achieves ultra-fast heating and cooling rates alongside ultra-high sintering temperatures. It enables the rapid synthesis and sintering of materials within minutes, effectively suppressing the high-temperature volatilization of low-melting-point components, minimizing side reactions and cross-diffusion, and inhibiting grain growth, while also allowing for the fabrication of materials with complex geometries. This technology is widely applicable to fields such as ceramic materials, solid-state electrolytes, oxide fuel cell materials, metal nanocatalysts, graphene and nanomaterials, and high-entropy alloys and compounds.

High-Temperature, High-Velocity Water Vapor Corrosion Tester

This equipment employs laboratory testing methods to accurately simulate the operating environment of turbine engines—characterized by high temperatures, high water vapor partial pressures, and high water vapor velocities. It conducts cyclic tests to evaluate material resistance to hot corrosion and water vapor oxidation, thereby assessing the material's thermochemical stability. The system comprises an intake control system, a liquid feed control system, a uniform vaporization unit, heat-traced piping, and a heated reaction chamber. It is primarily used for applications involving high-temperature thermal barrier coatings, composite materials, and alloys.

Stainless Steel Box Furnace

This series of electric furnaces is designed for batch processing and is suitable for use by universities, research institutes, corporate R&D centers, quality inspection agencies, and manufacturing enterprises for applications such as high-temperature sintering, metal annealing, and oxidation experiments. They are primarily used for sintering and oxidation experiments involving ceramic, composite, metallic, nanomaterial, functional, thermoelectric, and crystalline materials.

Stainless Steel Tube Furnace

This series of electric furnaces is designed for batch processing and is suitable for use in corporate laboratories, universities, and research institutes. The equipment provides an experimental environment featuring vacuum capabilities, controlled atmospheres, and high temperatures, serving applications in fields such as semiconductors, nanotechnology, and new materials and processes (including carbon fiber).
