Product Introduction

01 Grinding Media

(1) Droplet-Formed Zirconia Beads

Sheng'an droplet-formed zirconia microbeads are manufactured using high-purity zirconia (produced via the hydrothermal method) as the raw material and a droplet-forming production process. Compared to traditional zirconia bead forming methods (such as rolling or extrusion), these beads offer advantages such as a narrow particle size distribution, a dense internal structure free of voids, high wear resistance, and low wear rates, making them the optimal choice for grinding high-end materials.

Application areas: battery materials, semiconductor materials, high-end inks, fine chemicals, etc.

(2) Cerium-stabilized zirconia beads

Application areas: electronic pastes, minerals, magnetic materials, coatings and inks, etc.

(3) Zirconia-alumina composite beads

Application areas: minerals, pesticides, coatings and inks, pigments and dyes, etc.

(4) Silicon nitride microbeads

Application areas: Semiconductor materials, advanced ceramics, fine chemicals, etc.

02 Surface Treatment Materials

(1) Yttria-stabilized zirconia (YSZ) thermal spray powder

The powder exhibits excellent flowability and a sphericity of up to 98%. Resulting coatings offer outstanding resistance to thermal shock, thermal erosion, hot corrosion, and high temperatures, making the material ideal for producing long-lasting thermal barrier coatings with high deposition efficiency.

Applications: Gas turbine blades, combustion chambers, engine turbochargers, etc.

(2) High-purity alumina thermal spray powder

Applications: Aero-engines, etc.

(3) High-purity yttria thermal spray powder

Applications: Etching chamber liners, electrostatic chucks, etc.

(4) Tungsten carbide thermal spray powder

Applications: Aero-engines, petrochemicals, machinery manufacturing, etc.

(5) Ceramic shot media

Produced using leading international droplet-forming technology, each microbead is individually formed with controlled roundness and perfect sphericity. The resulting shot media offers a service life more than 20 times that of traditional media. It delivers higher kinetic energy, greater Almen intensity, and a deeper compressive stress layer. With superior toughness, the media creates smooth, rounded impact dimples and minimizes the risk of impurity contamination; it is ideal for fatigue strengthening and the relief of residual stress.

Application areas: Aircraft landing gear, turbine blades, 3C sector, etc.

03 Powder Materials

(1) Nano-titanium oxide

Application areas: Lithium iron phosphate (LFP) cathode materials, solid-state electrolytes, catalytic materials, etc.

(2) Nano-monoclinic zirconia

Nano-monoclinic zirconia exhibits excellent chemical stability as well as superior optical and electrochemical properties. We employ a world-leading hydrothermal synthesis method to produce high-purity, nanoscale particles characterized by uniform particle size distribution, excellent dispersibility, and an absence of hard agglomeration.

Application areas: Ternary cathode materials, hydrogen energy composite separators, solid-state electrolytes, etc.

(3) Yttria-stabilized zirconia

Application areas: Solid oxide fuel cells, structural ceramics, cosmetic dentistry, etc.
