Company Profile

Chengdu Longcheng High-Tech Materials Co., Ltd.

Longcheng High-tech is a company specializing in the production of low-viscosity PVB (polyvinyl butyral) resin—an advanced polymer material. Established in 2009, the company holds ISO 9001 and ISO 14001 certifications.

△ R&D Center

The company has developed products such as electronic-ceramic-grade PVB resin, food-grade ink PVB resin, PVB resin for protective coatings on new energy battery cells, and automotive-grade 3D printing PVB resin. Its PVB resin portfolio encompasses various product forms, including solvent-based, water-soluble, and emulsion types.

Our partners include leading companies in the MLCC sector; top global ink manufacturers such as DIC, Flint Group, and Siegwerk; as well as industry leaders in the new energy and bus manufacturing sectors.

In the field of electronic ceramics, we provide one-stop solutions encompassing product supply and technical services, working together to build a new landscape of autonomous and controllable supply chains in China.

Electronic-Ceramic Grade PVB Resin

Product Details

△ Electronic-grade PVB resin

1. Exhibits excellent compatibility with ceramic powders, solvents, and plasticizers, preventing agglomeration; produces smooth, defect-free cast films and reduces pinhole rates in dielectric layers.

2. Chloride ion content ≤100 ppm; features extremely low ionic residue and superior impurity control, ensuring high insulation and long-term reliability for electronic components while preventing electrochemical migration.

3. Offers an optimal thermal decomposition temperature window and a calcination residue of ≤0.01%; ensures complete binder burnout during sintering with minimal residual carbon, resulting in dense, defect-free ceramic bodies and improved breakdown voltage.

4. Demonstrates a linear relationship between viscosity and solid content, allowing for precise control of slurry formulations and more stable control of cast film thickness.

5. It exhibits excellent solubility; at 25°C, it dissolves rapidly in ethanol and various other solvents—much like instant coffee—with a controllable dissolution time typically ranging from 20 to 50 minutes.
