Founded in March 2021, Zhongke Bosheng is a technology-driven SME specializing in the development of high-end thermoelectric semiconductor materials and devices. The company’s technology originates from a thermoelectric team led by academicians at the Shanghai Institute of Ceramics, Chinese Academy of Sciences, placing it at the forefront of the domestic thermoelectric semiconductor sector. Thermoelectric semiconductor technology (TEC) has emerged as a key solution for active thermal management in small-scale devices, offering advantages such as compact size, long service life, simple structure, and precise temperature control (accurate to 0.01°C).
The company possesses comprehensive technical capabilities spanning the entire value chain—from the preparation of thermoelectric semiconductor materials (bismuth telluride) and thermoelectric leg integration to the structural design, soldering, packaging, and simulation testing of micro-devices. By continuously optimizing the performance of P-type and N-type materials, the company has achieved significant breakthroughs, reaching zT values of 1.3 for P-type materials and 1.0 for N-type materials—performance levels that approach the global state-of-the-art.
