01 Company Profile
Suzhou Lechi Machinery Co., Ltd. (operating under this name since 2010) was established in 1996. It is a comprehensive enterprise integrating design and R&D, precision intelligent manufacturing, and close-proximity customer service, providing clients with high-precision stamping dies, precision component machining, precision ceramic part processing, and related solutions. The company operates 136 units of advanced imported wire-cut EDM equipment and 86 CNC machining centers, alongside approximately 1,000 units of auxiliary processing equipment, including precision grinders and medium-speed wire-cut machines.
With a total investment of RMB 380 million, the company is headquartered in the Wuzhong District of Suzhou. It maintains six manufacturing bases—located in Suzhou Wuzhong, Suzhou Industrial Park, Yancheng (Jiangsu), Songgang (Shenzhen), Qinhuangdao (Hebei), and Guangde (Anhui)—covering a production area of over 20,000 square meters and operating under the ISO9001 quality management system. The company employs a workforce of 652 people, including one PhD holder, seven master's degree holders, and 232 bachelor's degree holders; over 95% of the staff possess a college-level education or higher.
With precision stamping and forming molds for FPC, COF, and PCB as its foundation, Suzhou Lechi has expanded into business sectors including precision PCB forming, LTCC/HTCC micro-hole forming, precision dicing molds for MLCCs, chip-free forming of lithium battery electrode tabs, and thin-film die-cutting.

01 Micro-hole Molds for Ceramic Substrates
Minimum square hole dimensions: 0.2 × 0.2 mm;
Minimum round hole diameter: 0.1 mm;
Minimum irregular hole dimension: 0.2 mm.
02 Precision Die-Cutting and Forming Molds for Circuit Boards
Independent steel rule dies, progressive metal stamping dies, die sets for large molds, automatic punching and cutting dies for PCL/LPE, PCB thermal embossing dies, FPC blanking dies, and independent compound dies.
Utilizing 3D printing technology to manufacture rotary cutting dies reduces production costs by 30% and increases efficiency by 30%; over 90% of old dies can be recycled, making the process eco-friendly and energy-efficient. Product types include rotary dies with ejector pins for waste removal, integrated fixed rotary dies, and rotary dies for cutting and slitting.
03 Battery Cell Electrode Forming Dies
A key supplier of electrode forming solutions for the new energy industry chain, offering dies for slitting and cutting, positive and negative electrode tab cutting, cavity forming, and double-sided tab forming.
