UV Dicing Tape

Strong Pre-UV Adhesion: Exhibits excellent tack prior to UV irradiation, with an adhesion level of 1000–3000 g/inch, suitable for the temporary fixation of workpieces.

Easy Post-UV Removal with No Residue: Adhesion drops significantly after UV exposure (to 3–5 g/inch), allowing for easy removal without leaving adhesive residue.

Typical Applications: Widely used in high-precision manufacturing sectors such as semiconductor wafer processing, chip processing, precision grinding and polishing, and ultra-thin glass cutting.

Lightweight Solution: Used for the temporary fixation of components during precision machining and packaging processes.

Spacer Strips

Spacer strips—also known as support strips or spacer tapes—are adhesive-backed strip materials. They feature PE or PET substrates and come in either mesh-patterned (for air venting) or smooth finishes. Adhesive options include silicone (removable without residue) and acrylic. Thickness ranges from 0.15 mm to 1.5 mm, with common widths of 2–5 mm; they are frequently used in the die-cutting industry.

Diverse Specifications & High Quality: Available in a wide range of thicknesses (0.15mm–1.5mm) and colors; ensures uniform thickness and stable tolerances within the same batch.

Typical Applications: Die-cutting take-up, coil shipping, protective handling, finished product winding protection, and auxiliary positioning for die-cutting machines.
