01 Company Profile

Hangzhou Ruisheng Marine Instrument Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as Ruisheng Marine Instrument) was established in 2004. It is a wholly-owned subsidiary of the listed company China Haimofang (Stock Code: 600764) and operates under the China State Shipbuilding Corporation (CSSC). The company was founded leveraging the core technical capabilities of the 715th Research Institute of CSSC; its primary business encompasses the R&D and manufacturing of underwater acoustic detection equipment, ultrasonic testing equipment, acoustic sensors, and piezoelectric components.

Located in Hangzhou, Zhejiang Province, the company is recognized as a "National High-tech Enterprise" and hosts the Zhejiang Provincial "Marine Engineering Technology Enterprise Research Institute." It is also designated as a "Science and Technology-based SME," an "Innovative SME," and a "Gazelle Enterprise" in Zhejiang Province.
