The specialized vacuum sintering furnace (horizontal type) for aluminum nitride ceramics is primarily used for the high-temperature co-firing process of HTCC products, such as aluminum nitride and alumina. The equipment consists of a furnace body, heating chamber, vacuum system, gas-filling system, water-cooling system, and electrical control and power supply systems; it offers advantages such as high operating temperatures, a highly clean and atmosphere-controlled environment, and ease of operation.

Vertical Vacuum Sintering Furnace for Aluminum Nitride Ceramics

The vertical vacuum sintering furnace designed for aluminum nitride ceramics is primarily used for the high-temperature co-firing process of HTCC products, such as aluminum nitride and alumina. The equipment comprises a furnace body, door locking mechanism, door lifting mechanism, vacuum system, thermal zone structure, temperature measurement and control system, cooling water system, compressed air system, and atmosphere system. It offers advantages such as high temperature uniformity, precise atmosphere control, excellent process stability, ease of operation, and high space utilization.

Comprehensive safety features, including leak detection, over-temperature and over-pressure protection, automatic shutdown, and emergency pressure relief, ensure safe operation.

Box-type atmosphere ceramic sintering furnace

The box-type atmosphere ceramic sintering furnace is designed for the high-temperature sintering and flattening of ceramic materials. It enables both debinding and sintering to be performed within a single unit. Key advantages include a uniform temperature field, low external surface temperature, rapid heating and cooling rates, and energy efficiency. The furnace utilizes molybdenum wire heating elements, achieving a maximum temperature of 1650°C. It features a double-shell structure and a multi-stage programmable temperature control system employing phase-shift triggering and SCR control. The heating chamber is lined with imported polycrystalline alumina fiberboard, and an air-cooling system between the double shells facilitates rapid temperature changes. The system supports various process gases, including dry hydrogen, wet hydrogen, nitrogen, and nitrogen-hydrogen mixtures. It offers both manual and one-touch start modes; in one-touch mode, the equipment automatically executes furnace purging, gas intake, and sintering cycles without the need for manual intervention.

Vacuum debinding and sintering furnace

A vacuum debinding and sintering furnace is an industrial furnace designed to heat molded green bodies in a vacuum or protective atmosphere to remove the binder (debinding) and subsequently raise the temperature to a high level to achieve densification (sintering). It is primarily used for the debinding and sintering of metal injection molded (MIM) products, 3D-printed parts, and metal support layers for MS-SOFCs.
