High-Purity Nano-Alumina Powder (4N)
Synthesized via chemical methods, this high-purity nano-alumina powder features a high α-phase content, high purity (99.99%), excellent sintering activity, small primary crystal size (100 nm) and particle size (~150 nm), and a narrow particle size distribution. Compared to conventional alumina, it allows for sintering at lower temperatures; the true density reaches nearly 3.94 g/cm³ at 1300°C and 3.96 g/cm³ at 1400°C, matching the performance of Japanese products.
Product Advantages: Lower sintering temperature, higher flexural strength and toughness, lower surface roughness, and reduced wear.

High-Purity Nano-Alumina Granulated Powder (4N)
Produced by spray-drying a mixture of our base powder and a high-purity colloidal binder, this granulated powder is suitable for manufacturing structural components used in semiconductor, medical, textile, and other industries. It offers excellent resistance to high temperatures, corrosion, and high-voltage dielectric breakdown.
