Product Introduction
Dual-Drive Bead Mill
The dual-drive nano bead mill utilizes a screenless centrifugal separation design, featuring an independent drive motor for the separation system. During operation, the centrifugal force generated by the disperser distributes the majority of the grinding media (zirconia beads) toward the periphery of the grinding chamber, causing them to move in the same direction as the material. A small portion of the beads and material rotates around the separator; the high-speed rotation of the separator generates a centrifugal force on the beads that exceeds the pressure exerted by the feed pump, thereby retaining the beads within the grinding chamber. Simultaneously, the centrifugal force exerted on the material by the high-speed separator is lower than the pump pressure, forcing the material to flow out through the separator.

Technical Advantages: An ultra-fine, nano-scale, high-efficiency pin-type grinding mill capable of achieving grinding fineness below 100 nm. The grinding and material separation processes operate independently, ensuring finer and more thorough grinding.
Applications: MLCCs, ceramic substrates, NCM (ternary materials), LFP (lithium iron phosphate), sodium-ion cells, artificial graphite, natural graphite, and hard carbon.
Nano Pin-Type Bead Mill
The nano pin-type bead mill is an ideal tool for product experimentation, material development, and quality control, while also supporting small-scale production testing. During the dispersion process, the material is fed into a sealed grinding chamber and subjected to high-speed agitation by the rotor to create a circulating grinding flow; once dispersed, the material is smoothly discharged from the chamber via pump pressure.
