Company Introduction

Shuoci Precision is located in the Innovation Ecosystem Port of Soochow University, a key incubated enterprise under Soochow University's "Double High Collaboration" initiative. It was recognized as one of the first batch of leading entrepreneurial talents in the Soochow High-tech Zone in 2026 and an outstanding entrepreneurial enterprise in Jiangsu Province. The company focuses on the complete localization of semiconductor electrostatic chucks and silicon carbide special ceramic components.
The company inherits over sixty years of experience in three generations of top-tier optical processes. Its core team received years of technical guidance from leading experts in optical processing, applying aerospace nanoscale ultra-precision forming and testing technologies to semiconductor manufacturing. In collaboration with universities, it has established a materials laboratory to overcome key upstream material challenges such as alumina, aluminum nitride, high-purity silicon carbide powder, and tungsten paste conductive electrodes.
The company has developed a self-developed three-in-one system integrating ceramic precision machining, AI multi-field intelligent inspection, and ESC whole-machine testing, enabling nanoscale processing of 12-inch electrostatic chucks, heating plates, and silicon carbide substrate carriers. The surface area (PV) of concave irregular parts is ≤0.2um, and the flatness (RMS) of silicon carbide parts is <10nm. Manufacturing costs are only 20% of imported manufacturers, and long-term mass production partnerships have been established with several industry leaders.
The company's self-developed large-stroke non-contact submicron AI intelligent inspection equipment can perform multi-dimensional inspections of thickness, film layer, surface shape, parallelism, TTV, warpage, and surface defects. Its performance is comparable to imported equipment, offering high cost-effectiveness, and it has already been supplied in batches to leading semiconductor companies.
The company has assembled a research and development team led by three full-time PhDs; the founder is a professor at Soochow University and a core R&D member of a major aerospace project; the general manager has extensive experience in aerospace industrialization operations, and there is a clear division of labor between R&D and marketing; the company has its own standardized clean production line and plans to apply for 20 invention patents.
