Product Introduction

WT-ST01 / Dual-Station Ceramic-Coated Blade Hole-Drilling Equipment

Designed to meet the precision manufacturing requirements for ceramic-coated blades used in aero-engines and gas turbines, this equipment employs a hybrid machining mechanism combining water-jet guided laser and electrical discharge machining (EDM). This approach effectively suppresses heat-affected zones and coating interface delamination typically associated with conventional thermal processing. The system integrates a high-precision blade reverse-modeling mechanism, featuring adaptive compensation for complex curved surfaces and automated programming capabilities. In terms of machining performance, it enables the high-quality formation of both circular and complex non-circular holes—achieving high roundness, zero taper, and a crack-free finish for film-cooling holes—thereby significantly enhancing the service life and reliability of the blades.

WT-HYT-01 / Specialized Equipment for Hole Drilling in Aero-engine Flame Tubes

This equipment is designed to meet the specialized machining requirements for ceramic-coated superalloy aero-engine flame tubes. Utilizing a five-axis linkage architecture, it is capable of high-precision machining of complex spatial hole patterns. Compared to traditional laser cutting, this system employs water-guided laser technology to significantly suppress the formation of heat-affected zones and micro-cracks, ensuring zero taper, no edge chipping, and high dimensional accuracy, thereby effectively extending the service life of the flame tube.

WT-HM-01 / Specialized Equipment for Aero-Engine Valve Hole Machining

Designed to meet the specialized machining requirements for valves in high-temperature alloy aero-engines, this equipment utilizes a high-dynamic-response 3-axis architecture and features a machine-vision-assisted positioning module. It enables high-precision hole machining in valves, offering advantages such as minimal thermal damage, no edge chipping, zero taper, high cutting accuracy, high efficiency, and low pollution.

WT-GD100-V / Water-Jet Guided Laser & EDM Dual-Process System

The WT-GD100-V is a large-scale system that integrates water-jet guided laser and electrical discharge machining (EDM) technologies onto a single platform. Featuring five-axis machining capabilities and a vision-based positioning system for rapid processing, it combines the strengths of both technologies: the ability of EDM to form complex, irregular shapes with the advantages of water-jet guided laser processing—namely minimal thermal damage, no edge chipping, no taper, high cutting precision, high efficiency, and low pollution.

WT-G60F-V-C Water-Jet Guided Laser Processing System

Capable of processing parts with complex curved surfaces, this system offers high efficiency, a high depth-to-diameter ratio, no heat-affected zone, no taper, smooth surfaces, and no warping. It is suitable for the precision machining of hard and brittle materials such as diamond, gemstones, single-crystal SiC, SiC ceramics, single-crystal nickel-based alloys, superalloys, and specialty ceramics.

WT-G100S-III-C Water-Guided Laser Processing System

Suitable for the precision machining of hard and brittle materials such as diamond, gemstones, single-crystal SiC, SiC ceramics, single-crystal nickel-based alloys, superalloys, and specialty ceramics.
