  • Breakthroughs in Core Technology:

Achieved an oxygen content of less than 0.85% through precise oxygen impurity control technology. Aluminum nitride ceramic substrates produced using this technology exhibit a thermal conductivity exceeding 230 W/(m·K), reaching the advanced level of similar international materials.

  • Breakthroughs in Core Equipment:

Independently developed a continuous carbothermal reduction reactor featuring innovative designs for the internal temperature field distribution and atmosphere control system, enabling precise regulation of reaction temperatures and dynamic optimization of the reaction atmosphere.

  1. Breakthroughs in Core Processes:

Established a coupled optimization model for process parameters across the entire workflow, enabling precise control over all key factors—from raw material particle size distribution and carbon-to-aluminum molar ratios to sintering protocols—while utilizing proprietary surface modification technology to resolve technical challenges such as the material's susceptibility to hydrolysis.

Jinbo’s facility for the annual production of 500 tons of high-purity, high-thermal-conductivity aluminum nitride powder is set to commence operations in late August. Details regarding the relevant technology and production capacity planning will be presented at the "Ceramic Substrate and Power Semiconductor Forum," held concurrently with the exhibition.
