Main Products
01
Cordierite-Mullite Products

Product Introduction
Cordierite-mullite crucibles and saggers are composite materials consisting of cordierite, mullite, and a glass phase. By leveraging the high-temperature resistance of mullite and the low thermal expansion of cordierite, these kiln furniture products offer excellent thermal shock resistance and a long service life. They are safe for use at temperatures up to 1350°C, meeting the firing requirements for the high-temperature calcination of the vast majority of powders. They are manufactured using high-quality raw materials and advanced processing techniques.
Applicable industries include MLCC electronic ceramics, specialty ceramics, magnetic materials, rare earth and phosphors, catalysts, powder metallurgy, and the processing of high-purity alumina and zirconia.
02
Fused Silica Products

Product Introduction
As a type of advanced technical ceramic, fused silica ceramic products feature an extremely low coefficient of thermal expansion and excellent thermal shock resistance. They can withstand the rapid heating and cooling cycles of industrial kilns and allow for direct replacement with little to no preheating; their resistance to cracking and breakage significantly boosts production efficiency. High silica purity and excellent chemical stability help ensure the purity of the final product. Fused silica ceramic crucibles and saggers offer low heat storage and moderate thermal conductivity, enabling faster kiln heating and cooling rates and reducing energy consumption; their lightweight nature also minimizes the load on kiln furniture.
These products are suitable for the sintering and heat treatment of neutral and acidic powders. Offering an outstanding balance of service life and cost-effectiveness, they are the preferred choice for kiln furniture in applications such as rare-earth material calcination, chemical powders, specialty ceramics, the new energy lithium-ion battery industry, and the melting of electronic and high-end glass.
03
Corundum-Mullite Products

Product Introduction
Corundum-mullite crucibles and saggers are manufactured using synthetic mullite and/or corundum materials. They can be produced using mullite granules as the aggregate and alpha-alumina (α-Al₂O₃) powder as the fine component, or by using fused or sintered corundum granules as the aggregate and synthetic mullite powder as the fine component. The aggregates and powders are proportioned according to specific ratios and particle size distributions, then fired at high temperatures in an oxidizing atmosphere. Products using mullite aggregates offer excellent thermal shock resistance but slightly lower corrosion resistance, whereas those using corundum aggregates provide superior corrosion resistance but slightly lower thermal shock resistance. Corundum-mullite crucibles and saggers can withstand temperatures up to 1800°C and exhibit excellent resistance to chemical corrosion.
They are widely used in the high-temperature sintering of powders for applications such as electronic ceramics, specialty ceramics, magnetic materials, rare-earth phosphors, and cathode/anode materials for lithium batteries.
