Energy-saving ball mill

Product Overview

Key features include high output, a wide range of applications, and low operating costs. Liner options for the ball mill include polyurethane, alumina, zirconia, silicon carbide, silicon nitride, stainless steel, and nylon; configurations are available for both dry and wet grinding. Dry-grinding ball mills can be equipped with dust covers and vacuum-assisted feeding/discharging systems to collect powder, control dust pollution, reduce labor requirements, and ensure automated, efficient operation. Grinding fineness is controlled through methods such as timed grinding and variable-frequency speed regulation. The ball mill is easy to operate, reliable, and highly adaptable; it supports coarse, fine, and ultra-fine grinding, producing particle sizes ranging from tens of microns down to one micron, and can process materials of varying hardness. Control systems range from simple functional controls to multifunctional PLC-based programming.

High-Efficiency Agitated Mill

Product Overview

We offer two product series—wet grinding and dry grinding—designed for various operational configurations, including lifting, explosion-proof, standalone, laboratory-scale, circulation, and tandem setups. Capacities range from 2 to 6,000 liters. In 2016, FIRSTAR developed a high-efficiency pin-type grinding structure that significantly boosts performance. FIRSTAR stirred bead mills are characterized by rapid cooling, stable operation, customization capabilities, ease of use and maintenance, compatibility with hundreds of materials, and optional intelligent grinding technology. Standard components—such as gearboxes, motors, variable frequency drives, diaphragm pumps, electrical systems, and bearings—are sourced from renowned domestic brands, while core welding processes utilize FANUC robots. We select top-quality wear-resistant liners (most of which are manufactured in-house), including options such as imported polyurethane, alumina, zirconia, zirconia-alumina composites, nylon, silicon carbide, silicon nitride, alloys, and stainless steel.

Nano-scale Bead Mill

Product Overview

The sand mill is an advanced piece of equipment designed for nano-scale dispersion and grinding. Qimingxing sand mills are characterized by energy efficiency, high productivity, operational stability, and a high degree of automation. Key models range from 0.4L to 1000L and feature pin-type, disc-type, and nano-scale dual-drive configurations; the company also provides EPC project services for complete intelligent dispersion and grinding systems. Spanning a factory area of ​​approximately 38,600 square meters (58 mu) with a workforce of over 140 employees, the company has served clients for 28 years, supplying more than 8,500 sets of grinding and mixing equipment to over 1,600 customers. The new facility is equipped with laser cutters, CNC lathes, FANUC welding robots, sandblasting booths, and painting workshops, and features in-house production capabilities for polyurethane liners, ceramic liners, and ceramic grinding media. Additionally, the site houses a material grinding laboratory and an intelligent pilot production line for nano-grinding and mixing, offering complimentary testing services to customers.

Wear-Resistant Ceramic Balls and Liners

Product Overview

Our wear-resistant ceramic balls encompass four major categories—alumina, zirconia, zirconium silicate, and zirconia-alumina composite—comprising 18 varieties and over 200 specifications. We have an annual production capacity of 15,000 tons, with standard sizes ranging from 1mm to 80mm. Manufactured using micro-nano technology, these balls feature high sphericity, excellent flowability, and smooth surfaces, resulting in minimal wear during grinding operations. The company has established an anti-abrasion research institute and a committee of 17 authoritative experts from home and abroad. They are primarily used in sectors such as advanced ceramics, household ceramics, mineral processing, coatings, lithium-ion new energy, photovoltaic solar energy, and fluorescent materials.

Wear-resistant ceramic liners are characterized by high hardness, low specific gravity, and superior wear resistance. They are widely applied in powder conveying and classification equipment, ball mills, dust removal and ash discharge systems, construction machinery, and mining components. We offer over 2,000 specifications across more than seven material types and provide custom manufacturing options. These liners are easy to install, allowing for direct bonding or use as rubber-ceramic composites. Zibo Qimingxing maintains a dedicated testing center for 24-hour quality monitoring. Equipment utilizing these wear-resistant ceramics boasts a service life several times longer than that of traditional materials; thanks to their excellent self-lubricating properties and low friction coefficients, equipment uptime is extended while electricity, maintenance material, and labor costs are significantly reduced. Key models for ball mill liners include: H40, H50, H60, H70, H90, and H150.

Fine Alumina Powder

Product Overview

Fine alumina powder is a crucial raw material for advanced ceramics, power engineering, semiconductors, refractory materials (across various grades), lithium-ion new energy applications, and thermal conductive fillers. The alumina powder produced by Shandong Yilaisheng is characterized by a wide product range, high whiteness, high sintering activity, high fired density, excellent electrical insulation and thermal conductivity, and high-temperature resistance; over 30 product models are currently available. Shandong Yilaisheng New Material Technology Co., Ltd. covers an area of ​​more than 80 mu (approx. 5.3 hectares) and features an Advanced Ceramics and Composite Materials Research Institute and a physicochemical laboratory. The company operates three production lines with an annual output of 60,000 tons of fine alumina powder and 120 tons of high-purity alumina powder. The production lines boast a high degree of automation, incorporating advanced homogenization units and industry-leading sodium-removal technology and equipment, alongside multiple automated packaging lines. Operations utilize 6S management, and a comprehensive visual central control platform monitors quality and safety throughout the entire process.
