Anhui Kaisheng Applied Materials Co., Ltd. is a subsidiary of Kaisheng Technology—a listed company under the China National Building Material Group (CNBM). Established in 2014 and located in the Mohekou Industrial Park of Huaishang District, Bengbu City, Anhui Province, the company occupies an area of 300 mu.
The company specializes in the research, development, design, production, and sales of powder-based products and technologies. Its primary products include nano-barium titanate, nano-zirconia, rare-earth polishing powder, calcium-stabilized zirconia, high-purity quartz sand, electronic-grade silica sol, synthetic silica, zirconia beads, and electronic-grade titanium dioxide.

Leveraging the technological platform of the National Key Laboratory for Float Glass, and introducing advanced foreign technologies and a high-caliber team, the company boasts strong technical capabilities, advanced production equipment, comprehensive testing methods, and excellent service quality. Nano Barium Titanate
Barium titanate is one of the most widely used materials in electronic ceramics, hailed as the "pillar of the electronic ceramics industry." It is mainly used in the manufacture of multilayer ceramic capacitors (MLCCs), disc ceramic capacitors, PTC thermistors, and other electronic components.
Based on key hydrothermal preparation technology, the company has developed into a leading domestic producer of ultrafine nano barium titanate powder. The produced barium titanate powder features high purity, high activity, good sphericity, high crystallinity, narrow particle size distribution, and good chemical homogeneity.

Electronic-Grade Colloidal Silica
Applications: Widely used for surface processing of precision optical components, including photovoltaic silicon wafers, semiconductor silicon wafers, and sapphire substrates.
Product Features: Spherical SiO₂ particles with uniform size, excellent dispersion, stable polishing performance, high purity, and low radioactivity. Particle size can be customized to meet specific customer requirements.

Nano-Zirconia
Product Description: Pure white powder; the MZ series features a monoclinic crystal structure, while the YSZ series consists of a mixture of tetragonal and cubic phases.
Applications: Lithium battery cathode materials, separator materials, structural ceramics, bioceramics, grinding media, solid oxide fuel cells, ceramic bearings and components, and mobile phone back panels.

Spherical Silica
Chemically synthesized silica featuring uniform spherical SiO2 particles, high purity, and low radioactivity. Particle sizes can be customized to meet specific customer requirements.
We can produce [Electronic-grade Silica Sol, 6N purity] in both water-based and custom solvent-based formulations, suitable for applications such as CMP polishing, coatings, and resin hybridization.

Zirconia Beads
Utilizing advanced wet-process bead-forming technology from abroad, these beads are produced via wet forming using ultrafine powders. Post-processing ensures a pore-free structure, while sintering yields excellent crushing strength and hardness. They feature superior sphericity, uniform particle size distribution, and wear resistance comparable to imported products.

Electronic-Grade Titanium Dioxide
Product Introduction: Electronic-grade titanium dioxide is a high-purity, rutile-phase, nano-scale titanium dioxide produced via the hydrothermal method using high-purity titanium tetrachloride as the raw material. It features high purity, high crystallinity, a narrow particle size distribution, uniform particles, and excellent dispersibility. It is widely used in high-tech sectors such as the electronics industry, precision ceramics, and new energy.
Applications: (1) Used in base-metal electrode multilayer ceramic capacitors (BME-MLCCs), positive temperature coefficient (PTC) thermistors, piezoelectric components, microwave components, optical glass, etc. (2) Used in the preparation of specialty ceramic powders such as nano-scale barium titanate, strontium titanate, calcium titanate, potassium titanate, and sodium titanate.
