How can the stacking precision of multilayer electronic ceramics be improved?
A laminating machine is equipment used to stack ceramic sheets—printed with specific patterns—in a precise sequence to form a monolithic block. It is suitable for the assembly of multilayer ceramic products such as High-Temperature Co-fired Ceramics (HTCC), Low-Temperature Co-fired Ceramics (LTCC), Multilayer Ceramic Capacitors (MLCC), and Solid Oxide Fuel Cells (SOFC). Lamination precision directly impacts the electrical performance, reliability, and manufacturing yield of these electronic ceramics; enhancing this precision involves addressing factors such as green sheet materials and pretreatment, the machine's vision alignment system, mechanical motion control, lamination process parameters, and anti-deformation fixturing.
From August 26 to 28, companies specializing in laminating equipment—such as Yonghongqi Intelligent, Kaike Electronics, Honghua Equipment, Zhongxinglian, Delong Technology, CETC No. 2 Institute, Xike Intelligent, and Ningyuan Bona—will gather at the Shenzhen Precision Ceramics Exhibition. You are welcome to visit and exchange ideas! For exhibition inquiries, please contact Ms. Li at 18823755657 (also her WeChat ID). (Below are introductions to the participating laminating equipment companies.)
