Founded in 2007, Sairuite Company was established through the joint investment of Fuzhou University’s School of Materials Science and Engineering and Fuzhou University Asset Management Co., Ltd., under the leadership of Professor Huang Xiangdong—a Ph.D. in Materials Science from Tsinghua University. The company’s core products include: high-purity boron nitride (for jigs, setter plates, and insulating components); composite boron nitride (for flow nozzles, spray nozzles, side-sealing plates, separation rings, molding dies, etc.); conductive boron nitride (for evaporation boats, aluminizing crucibles, cathodes, etc.); and pyrolytic boron nitride (for crystal growth and high-temperature, high-vacuum insulation). Additionally, the company manufactures various hot-pressed ceramic targets and cathodes made from nitrides and borides (such as lanthanum hexaboride, cerium hexaboride, aluminum nitride, and silicon nitride).
